SIR RODEN CUTLER AWARD – Nominations Close 31 Oct 2018

We are on the search for the 2018/19 Sir Roden Cutler Award recipient and are seeking your help.

Tell us who should join athletes such as Kurt Fearnley, James Pittar, Michael Milton, Ben Felten, Jan Pike, Jess Gallagher, Liesl Tesch and our 2017 winner and Para-triathlete, Katie Kelly, as a recipient of this prestigious award (pictured left with Liesl and The Hon Stuart Ayres at the Feb 2017 Dinner).

Nominations will close on 31st October 2018.

The Sir Roden Cutler Award, managed by The Primary Club of Australia since 1999, recognises athletes with a disability who display enormous determination and dedication in their sporting pursuits, inspire the nation and are the embodiment of the Australian spirit.

Up to five finalists will be invited to the Primary Club’s “Baggy Green” Dinner at the NSW Parliament House on November 15 and eligible for a $2,000 grant each.  The winner will receive a grant for sporting and recreational equipment up to the value of $20,000 paid to the organisation they choose which conforms to the Club’s charter.  To book tickets to the Dinner, including a tribute to the ‘Baggy Green’, go to THIS LINK.

Since its inception, The Primary Club of Australia has provided almost $7 million of equipment and facilities to provide people with a disability the opportunity to pursue their sporting and recreational endeavours.
