Primary Club Members donate $10 to charity every time an Aussie cricketer suffers the indignity of scoring a first ball duck or ‘primary’ in an international fixture.

Since 1 June 2019, there have been thirteen (13) such events, compared to 14 in the previous full year.

  • Marnus Labuschagne (left) in the ODI vs South Africa at Bloemfontein on 4th February: Ct Malan, B Ngidi
  • Ellyse Perry in the World Cup T20 vs India at Sydney Showground on 21st February: B Poonam
  • Pat Cummins in the ODI vs India at Bengaluru on 19th January: B Shami
  • Pat Cummins in the ODI vs India at Rajkot 17th January: B Shami (sadly Pat’s 3rd since June 2019 – but the’s still the best bowler in the world!)
  • Joe Burns in the Test vs New Zealand at Melbourne on 26th December: B Boult
  • Aaron Finch in the T20 vs Sri Lanka at Brisbane on 30th October: C Perera, B Malinga
  • Josh Hazlewood in the Ashes Test vs England at The Oval on 15th September: C Root, B Leach
  • Pat Cummins in the Ashes Test vs England at The Oval on 13th September: LBW Curran
  • Rachael Haynes in the ODI vs West Indies in Antigua on 6th August: C Boyce, B Connell
  • Aaron Finch in the ODI WORLD CUP SEMI vs England at Birmingham on 11th July: LBW Archer
  • Jason Behrendorff in ODI World Cup vs New Zealand at Lord’s on 29th June: LBW Boult
  • Mitchell Starc in ODI World Cup vs New Zealand at Lord’s on 29th June: B Boult
