at events

The Primary Club stages a number of functions and events during the year that require volunteers. These include the Test Match Breakfast, the Baggy Green Dinner, golf days and cricket tournaments.

Lend us a helping hand

The Primary Club's charity partners often invite us to attend their facility for openings, presentations or hand-overs, particularly interstate or in regional NSW.

We require volunteers to help at these events with registrations, selling raffle tickets, handing out clothing or kit, ushering guests to tables, taking photographs and more.

Join us as a volunteer at one of the many events we organise every year.

28 Primaries by Australian Cricketers this year

Each time an Australian cricketer scores a ‘primary’ in an international fixture, members are fined $10 as a tax-deductible donation to our charity trust.

All members or their guests are eligible to volunteer at our events, or at the events hosted by our charity partners. You will be assigned a role and briefed on the tasks to be performed by our event manager(s).

Volunteers will be provided with food and beverages while performing longer shifts and, where appropriate, may participate in the event itself.

We encourage our members to get involved and ‘wave the flag’.
